• Of course! No matter who your Internet Service Provider is, we are happy to assist. Even if it is just a one-off, Townsville Internet provides genuine, helpful service to every customer.

  • Yes, we do. Our call out fee is $220 (incl GST) for the first hour, and $165 (incl GST) per hour after.

  • Both! While we primarily provide internet and IT support for residential properties, we can still provide internet & network services & support.

  • FTTN (fibre to the node) runs fibre to a central junction box near your property, and copper wire from the junction box to your property. FTTP (fibre to the premise) runs the fibre to the junction box, but also runs it to your property, replacing the copper wire.

    FTTP can be more costly than FTTN, and isn’t available for every property, but it can offer much faster speeds.

  • Yes, of course we can. Slow internet can be caused by a variety of issues such as interference from the surroundings, too many devices on the network at once, faulty hardware or even the distance between you and the router. Townsville Internet can help you by troubleshooting the problem and getting your internet speeds back up.

  • Townsville Internet uses Ubiquiti hardware for all of our installations. However, if you have a particular brand you’d prefer, we can use that brand. You can either purchase the products yourself or we can source them for you.

  • If you experience any issues within 7 days of the installation and the hardware is faulty, we will come out and repair it free of charge. However, if the issue is caused by user error, we will charge the call out fee and any additional labour hours at our standard rate.
